 g. Please join us for tours and refreshments.\n\nSenior care services are 
 a top priority for the City of Santa Maria. LSF Santa Maria Wisdom Center 
 is the only adult day health care center serving the counties of Santa Bar
 bara and San Luis Obispo. The new Center makes it possible for Life Steps 
 to nearly double its service capacity from the previous maximum of 60 indi
 viduals to the new capacity of 100.\n\nOpened in 1998\, the non-profit San
 ta Maria Wisdom Center provides door-to-door transportation to and from ou
 r program\, on-site nursing care and medication management\, physical and 
 occupational therapy and rehabilitation\, stimulating social and recreatio
 nal activities\, breakfast and a hot noon meal. Life Steps’ goal is to pre
 vent\, delay and reduce the premature institutionalization of seniors and 
 aging adults with disabilities to enable them to remain in their natural s
 upportive living environments as long as possible.\n\nFor additional infor
