About LSF Santa Maria Wisdom Center

Life Steps Foundation has been providing Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) and Alzheimer’s Resources in Northern Santa Barbara and the surrounding communities at our Santa Maria Wisdom Center since 1999. Our major success for the individuals in our ADHC and Hope programs at the Wisdom Center is in the area of physical rehabilitation. Through participation in intensive physical and occupational therapies, many of our individuals not only hold the line on failing physical abilities, many also improve so much that they are able to more fully participate in the life around them. Socially, our innovative, consumer-driven programs reflect the diversity of the areas we serve.
