Corporate Support ServicesLife Steps Corporate Support Services are furnished by 5 Divisions that together provide the logistical support, training and advice, which enables the Service Divisions of the organization to function in an efficient and co-ordinated manner. All operations and support units are governed by an involved and capable Board of Directors The Accounting Division provides fiscal and financial support to all divisions within the organization. The Development Division is charged with maintaining the organization's community outreach initiatives and branding. It is also a key component in the discovery, preparation, and drafting of grants and other aspects of fundraising. The role of the Human Resources Division is to support the organization to recruit, support and retain outstanding partners in order that high quality partners are in place and are fully equipped to achieve Life Steps mission. The Information Technology Division develops the standards, best practices and technology road map that support the business and priorities of the organization. TCQM (Training, Clinical & Quality Management) leads the collaboration with the service divisions to form and carry out training infrastructure, policies for standards of care and quality management practices in keeping with the Life Steps culture and tradition of making the client the first priority. |
