OUR MISSION

The TCQM Division of Life Steps Foundation supports the development and learning processes within the service divisions. TCQM ensures that the knowledge, skills, standards of care and best practices are maintained in the interest of making the individuals served the number one priority.

WHAT WE DO

The TCQM staff works in close collaboration with the various units within each of the service divisions to ensure:

  • New employees are trained for the positions they are to hold
  • Continuous training efforts are targeted to meet the assessed needs of the employees
  • Standards and practices are consistent throughout each Division
  • Services reflect current best practices
  • Services are measured against identified and accepted criteria and action steps for improvement defined and documented in annual reports
  • Program designs are written and current for each program
  • Training manuals and modules are written and easily accessible via electronic means
  • Clinical supervision is provided for staff to ensure services are provided within the scope of practice and competency of each units service mandate

OTHER SERVICES OFFERED

Life Steps Foundation's TCQM Division offers services to companies outside of Life Steps who are interested in identifying and developing new services and implementing new learning and quality standards. These services are designed to meet the specified needs of the agency or small business and are offered through a subsidiary company called Designs for Learning.
