Sanford Livingston Jr.

Sanford is a vice president at Wells Fargo in its commercial banking division. He began his career with Wells Fargo after receiving an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California in 1995. Mr. Livingston currently manages the Community Reinvestment/Minority Lending Group for midsized companies and large corporate transactions. He provides financing to midsized businesses engaged in economic development with an emphasis on minority, women, and disabled ownership. He also provides diversity training on laws and regulations that protect prospective borrowers from biased treatment. In addition to serving as cochair of Wesleyan's Bay Area Alumni Club, Mr. Livingston works with young people in his community. He serves on the East Oakland Advisory Board for Junior Achievement, Inc., helping our youth understand the world of business. He is also cofounder of Ensemble, an affiliate of the Oakland/East Bay Symphony, which offers educational outreach and community services to schools, businesses, and other organizations. This work introduces new audiences of adults and children to symphonic music.
