Sue HorowitzLicensed Real Estate Broker, Commercial and Special Use Properties Sue Horowitz is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and former professional educator specializing in the sale and leasing of academic, religious, health care and senior facilities, including investments and land. Ms. Horowitz’s transactions include a range of property uses that span shopping centers, freestanding retail storefronts, office buildings, schools, churches, clinics, in-patient treatment facilities and residential care facilities. Her knowledge and experience in both landlord and tenant representation provides the foundation for the expertise and skills she uses to consistently negotiate a "win-win" transaction for all parties. Ms. Horowitz maintains close affiliations with many organizations in the community. Her memberships, past and present, include the Jewish Federation Real Estate and Construction Committee, United Jewish Federation Business and Professional Women, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Ms. Horowitz has actively participated in the Los Angeles ADHC Planning Council. She has served on the Board of Directors of Kadima Hebrew Academy; LEARN Council at Carpenter Avenue School and Cleveland High School. In addition to serving on the Board of Life Steps Foundation, Ms. Horowitz current serves on the Board of Directors for Foundations School Community, the Ivy Bound Charter Middle School and the San Fernando Valley Coalition to End Hunger and Homelessness. Ms. Horowitz earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees at San Diego State University. She did postgraduate work at the University of Hamburg, Germany, the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed Ph.D. exams at the University of California, Los Angeles. |
