Support Staff

Job Description:

Able to respond to emergencies. Responsible for the safety of the facility and clients. Observe and enforce existing rules and instructions left by Project Supervisor and Lead Recovery Staff. Appropriately log events, observations, and concerns about a shift. Must have knowledge of dual relationships, boundaries, mandated reporting, client confidentiality, and parenting skills. Provide input at staff meetings. Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

HS Diploma and four (4) years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with women and children in the field of substance abuse treatment. If recovering from chemical dependency, applicant must be free from the use of substances for at least three (3) years.
