Program Aide

Job Description:

Responsible for providing assistance to developmentally disabled elderly in Life Steps' progressive Adult Day Health Care Centers. Provide assistance to the Activity Coordinator in leading group activities and assistance with taking care of the personal needs of each individual participant.

Requirements:

One year experience in a related health field, preferably community-based setting, providing services to elderly, developmentally disabled, or individuals with Alzheimer's Disease. Must have knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of participants. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English.
