Direct Caregiver / Trainer II (Orange County)

Life Steps Foundation has an immediate opening for a bilingual (English/Spanish) in-home educator to work full-time, providing home-based services to developmentally disabled adults in Orange County.  Working collaboratively with consumers’ families, primary caregivers and other service providers, the in-home educator will use his or her skills, knowledge and judgment to develop and produce appropriate individual program plans for these consumers.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Parenting skills and previous experience working with children 4 years old or younger is a plus.
